Everything was clean and organized, the response was relatively quick, and they helped with everything we needed.

The location is good, but the window is very small, so fresh air was needed.

The spot was spot on, great for three people, but the neighbors were loud enough to hear through the walls. I even had some food taken from the shared fridge, which was a let‑down. Cleaning missed a few spots, though the concierge let us know about it. An espresso machine would have been a nice addition.

The location was amazing. Check-in was great with good communication. The room wasn't that clean. There were hairs behind the perspex headboard and the bed base was quite dirty but the rest of the room was fine
