It wasn’t too expensive, just acceptable. The gate was shut at night and there was no other way in, so we waited outside for 20 minutes, ringing the bell dozens of times and calling the hotel, until someone opened the gate. The night guard was supposed to be sleeping, which was impossible.

The staff were great, but the bed and room left something to be desired.

I want to thank IBIS TOULOUSE BLAGNAC AEROPORT, especially staff members SAMIRA and ALIX, who welcomed us with great kindness and delicacy when we arrived to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, upgraded our room, provided mineral water and fries, a lovely congratulatory card, and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. We’ve stayed in thousands of hotels, yet the ones we remember most are those that had a special touch, like what we experienced yesterday. The difference lies in the details—LONG LIVE THE DIFFERENCE!
