Breakfast was solid—simple, quick, and filling, with the waffle being my favorite part and the sausage links a tasty addition. The beds felt uncomfortable, the carpet could use a cleaning because of lingering smells, and the outdoor area looked like it needed a power wash.

The hostess was excellent.

Breakfast was OK. Two boys, probably 8 to 10 years old, in the room next to mine kept coming in and out every few minutes, slamming the door each time; this happened for about 2–3 hours on Wednesday and Thursday.

Punxsutawney is down, but this spot was especially convenient for all downtown areas, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of parking, and it was quiet because it was off the main road. The only downside was that there was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs.

The rooms were clean, but the location was a bit off the beaten path and the breakfast wasn’t very good.
