I can walk to the old town, marina, and beach, and the rooftop terrace is a great spot, but the check‑in is very late and check‑out is early, and the rooms feel basic with a shared kitchen.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but you have to be punctual. The rooms are relatively small; two suitcases feel cramped, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The neighbors were a bit noisy, but they seemed to be having fun.

The bathroom was remodeled and had an AC, hair dryer, and a good location, but there were no tables or shelves in the room, so I had to put the TV and lamp on the floor to store my stuff. The sink was too small and splashed water everywhere, and I could hear the neighbor's phone calls. Initially, check‑in was listed as 18–24, but a few days before arrival it was unilaterally changed to 21:30. They didn’t give a separate guide for the accommodation and only had one copy in the common area. The service and facilities were only about half the price paid.

The location is good, the place is clean, and there’s AC equipment, but the Wi‑Fi isn’t always stable (the owner responded quickly to that). We had to take out our own trash.
