This spot is genuinely nice for first‑time visitors: nearby tourist sites, spotless and comfy rooms, and helpful staff. The hotel’s proximity to the old city means auto‑rickshaw drivers often try to convince you it’s bad, but they’re not getting a commission and just spreading rumors; ignore their advice and check unbiased reviews on Google or a booking site. We didn’t encounter any problems here. Everything was awesome.

The only good thing was the manager who helped us with everything, from booking the train to the bus. The cleaning was terrible: dirty sheets, brown towels (which were eventually replaced), hair clumps in the room, and I think a cat’s poop behind the bar counter. I won’t say more.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was well‑managed and met my expectations perfectly, from cleanliness to staff behavior and food. I had a very comfortable stay with no complaints at all.
