Private Balcony Hotel

I’m giving 10 points for the attentive attitude and the effort to help and make clients feel comfortable. Just a small detail: we ordered breakfast and everyone wanted scrambled eggs, our company was huge. The hotel owner took a 5‑minute ride to the local market, bought everything, and prepared everything we ordered. Respect. The location is great, right in the middle of nightlife, and you can see fireworks over New Cacba beach. We didn’t notice the old accommodation at all; everything you need is around.

We arrived at the hotel, and the gentleman at the reception chased us out at the door, claiming he hadn’t worked with Booking for a long time and that we had to leave. He said the reservation wasn’t valid and refused to discuss a solution. I had to scramble for other accommodation nearby, and everything was either much more expensive or unavailable. The adjacent travel agency told us that a large group of Vietnamese had arrived and that the hotel considered it a more lucrative business, so they mercilessly sent us away. I strongly do not recommend this place.

The staff were really friendly and they moved us to a room with a balcony that offered a sea view over the promenade, the fountains and the beautiful sunset, plus it had both air‑conditioning and a fan and a fridge stocked with tasty drinks. Unfortunately, the bedding hadn’t been cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great and the beds were comfy, though breakfast wasn't amazing.

The panorama was wonderful, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the beach and promenade were very close.
