We really liked the friendliness and service from the entire team, from reception and room service to the restaurant, all were flawless. The room was very comfortable, equipped with two air‑conditioners and an excellent bed. The shower was great for relaxing after a tiring day, and the hygiene items provided were of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, well‑prepared options with constant refilling. The gym also had good facilities. The parking was paid per day and had no valet, which caused us to waste time looking for the guest spaces. At dinner there was a lot of menu item unavailability, from starters and main courses to the wine list, requiring replacements even after the order had been sent to the kitchen. Although the dish served was tasty, the experience of not being able to eat what we had chosen was frustrating. In the room we missed an explanatory guide with the hotel rules, hours and minibar items, so we had to call reception for every doubt. Finally, the pool maintenance was lacking during our stay.
