Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The rooms were spacious, but the pool closed at 7 pm, the breakfast was bad and cold, there was no room service, the restaurant shut at 8 pm, and there was no cutlery or any service to help customers.

Everything was good, and everything was good.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was nice; the rooms were good overall, but the bathroom needed an exhaust fan.

Very spacious rooms! There were lots of restaurants and shops nearby which made things very convenient. Appreciated the front desk allowing us to check in early and organised our late checkout with ease. I didn’t appreciate having to call front desk 4 times to chase up towels for my toddler. Finally received the towels more than an hour later. Big let down. The shower also needs to be thoroughly scrubbed
