The location was great, the host was attentive, and the room was tidy.

The place is in a good spot, but the room didn’t match the description, so be careful. There was no cutlery, the coffee machine was broken (not a big deal), the shower leaked onto the floor, the amenities were limited, and the AC felt like a fan blowing in the room. There were no double beds, just singles pushed together. When we arrived, the staff escorted us to our room, we told them it wasn’t the right one and they offered to either let us leave and use the room or pay for one night and get a refund for the rest, but the owner and staff said that was impossible. Then the owner ignored my messages and told me to speak with someone else, which got us nowhere. The staff also gossiped about us in another language, so we didn’t understand, but ChatGPT helps. There’s no balcony and no kitchen 🤣
Местоположение хорошее, недалеко от вокзала. в номере постоянно отключается электриво полностью. после того как его кто-то идёт включает(это слышно в коридоре за дверью), в номере срабатывает звуковая сигнализация и я просыпаюсь! так произошло уже более 7 раз за 2 часа. а так же выключается кондиционер который каждый раз приходиться включать вручную снова. ЭТО СОВЕРШЕННО НЕ ПРИЕМЛЕМО!!! А так же, мы бронировали номер с одной большой кроватью, но здесь соединены 2 маленькие, которые разьезжаются. я совершенно не могу здесь спать и здесь находиться в таких условиях, это всё ещё при том что на улице температура +40° Душевая лейка была тоже сломанная
