The rooms were spotless and stylishly furnished, with every need met, even down to a kettle. The coffee tasted great, though we never tried the tea. My wife prefers coffee with a bit of sugar, but there was none (the restaurant also offers it unsweetened). A local honey jar would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though choosing dishes was a challenge. Having photos in the online menu would help. The staff were very friendly and not demanding. The location was relaxed and easy to unwind. However, streetwork was still happening during our stay, making the approach to the hotel tricky. We were warned beforehand, but it would have helped if rubber mats or steps were installed to avoid walking through a sand pit. That didn’t happen. In the room photos and other guests’ comments we saw a face mask included, but we didn’t receive one. The shop didn’t have it either, perhaps a connection issue. Parking should be reserved only for hotel guests, as restaurant visitors don’t need to lug luggage.
