We loved the beds – they were so comfortable, and the white coverlets on the bed were very attractive. The bathroom didn’t have a sink, the vacuum had been missing under the bed for a while, and there were two boxes of food left in the fridge from previous guests.

My son was obsessed with the pools and got his own room!

The bed was super comfy and the hot tub was great, plus a young boy at reception helped me print some work documents. The pools were too cold and the TV lacks streaming channels.

The floor had smarties and nuts on it that my child tried to eat, and there was a big white sticky stain.

It was very clean, which was essential for me and my family.
