I liked everything, from the property to the location, which is just a stone’s throw from the Suyu metro stop, making it easy to get to other districts, including the most famous ones. The room is very large and comfortable, the bed is incredibly cozy, and there’s a huge flat‑screen TV in front of it. The bathroom is beautiful, split into two sections: a sink area with a large mirror and a huge triangular tub that looked more like a pool! Then there’s a spacious VC area with a heated mat, an integrated bidet, and a shower. The cleanliness is excellent, with daily linen changes for the bathroom and bed. The staff were all very sweet, kind, and always considerate toward us.

Modern, relatively spacious room, a clothes dryer, a disinfectant cabinet – something we hadn’t seen elsewhere. Cleaning and towel changes have to be requested separately.

Having lived in the Suyu area before, I found the location very convenient with the subway, bus stop, cinema and major restaurants all nearby. If you plan to travel around the city centre every day, expect at least 40 minutes of transit, which can be a bit tiring. Still, for a short stay in Seoul to relax, it’s an excellent choice. It would be nicer to have a bit more luggage storage space, more comfortable slippers, and clearer directions to the breakfast venue if breakfast were included. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is compact but pleasant and sits in a great spot, and coffee and snacks are free. The bathtub is very slippery; I’d rather have a shower.
