We really enjoyed staying at the hotel; the location is excellent and central, close to everything and very convenient for walking around the area. The staff were kind and courteous, even letting us view other rooms and choose an upgrade, which we appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very good experience and we definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff went out of their way to help, but the rooms weren't well maintained in the little details and the morning coffee was weak and ran out before closing time.

The location was very good, close to the lake and old town, and the street has limited traffic so it was really quiet. Breakfast offered many choices and the people and service were excellent. The internet sometimes lagged, with occasional access interruptions.

The stay was fantastic—staff were so accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond for us. We booked their food tour upon arrival and our guide was awesome, speaking great English. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was 10/10. The air conditioning wasn’t the most powerful, but they supplied an extra fan that made up for it.
