“Posizione bellissima ma...”

The lakefront location and the calmness were great, the apartment’s furnishings were nice, and parking was available behind the house. However, the apartment lacked any cooking equipment or a kettle, the fridge was huge but placed on the porch, the complimentary products and towel set were low quality, cleaning was rough both outside and inside, there was no wardrobe, the lights were faulty, and the value for money was poor.

The location sits on a beautiful lake with ducks, ideal for fishing but not for swimming; the apartment is brand new and well equipped, and the owner was reachable by phone. But the photos showed a restaurant, and when we arrived at that address we discovered the apartment was a kilometer away on the opposite side of the lake, with no signs, so we had to ask the owner for directions. Inside, there were many spiders and mosquitoes, windows were open without nets, the bed had an old mattress so it was uncomfortable, and although there was a kitchen, there was no kettle to brew coffee in the morning.
