The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and the staff are exceptional; breakfast is amazing. I only used the spa tub once, just for the experience, but it was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable, with just enough pillows. Usually, for a three‑to‑four‑night stay elsewhere you run out of towels when there are two people; not here! All of the accommodations and every amenity, upon arrival, felt as if they already knew you. I never catch his name at the front; I usually check in at night, and he is so friendly, well put together, welcoming, eager to help, well groomed, and willing to make sure your stay is perfect every time you walk by the desk with a “How is everything?” He is the epitome of great customer service. He's the short guy with the great hair. Thank you for making every stay beyond comfortable. The breakfast, hammercy! Amazing! The kitchen staff are just extended family. I saw a lady come and talk to a kid like he was her nephew. So warm. I usually check out with the lady with locs in the morning. Just a breath of fresh air. She was so kind once I booked one more night. Thank you all! ~TravelingSinger
