I really liked the location; the property sits in the quietest part of Medulin, surrounded by pine trees. The beach is easily reachable on foot, even with two small children, and you can get to the center in just 5/10 minutes of walking. I also appreciated the fenced garden with a few swings where the kids could play freely, and the terrace is huge enough to eat out if the sun allows. The apartment wasn’t 100 % clean, the shower box was old and didn’t close properly, and the air‑conditioner leaked a little water… it’s clear the property is dated and needs more maintenance.

The place is simply good, very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is the long walk to the pool and the sea, but otherwise I would recommend it for families.
