The managers were extremely kind and cordial; we booked at the last minute and they checked us in at 23:00, the place was very clean, and everything was perfect.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, the location had good connectivity and a supermarket nearby, and it’s close to Trastevere station which takes you to the airport; there’s a small but handy coffee machine, a paid cleaning service we didn’t use, and a water dispenser—Italian water is good enough to drink. The same Alex greeted us completely drunk, making communication hard; we had key issues that he eventually fixed, but the whole situation with Mr. Alex was quite unpleasant. The common area is large, but the fridge smelled terrible, and a new mattress was needed in room 1.

Highly recommended. Alex is an excellent host, always friendly and available. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is excellent, in a safe and quiet part of Rome.
