“convenient and comfortable”

The shower was fantastic—hot and powerful. As a senior, I wish there had been a grab bar to help me get out of the tub safely. The sheets felt velvet‑soft, the comforter was light yet warm, and the mattress had a super‑cushioned top that made our nights great. The air conditioning in the dining and concierge areas was far too cold, and the breakfast items (waffles, eggs, etc.) cooled quickly after being served. The outside temperature was perfect, so we didn’t need the AC at all. The staff were always accommodating. I just wish the lounge and dining area temperatures were better monitored; it was very cold even when the outside was mild, and the pillows were a bit big and lumpy and could use replacement.

“A good place to crash, easy to get to, friendly staff”

The climate control and blackout shades worked well, yet there was no elevator, breakfast fell short, and the bathroom could use a night light or something.

It was very quiet, but the bathroom needs more safety fixtures.

The towels were great because they were new, but breakfast was very minimal—hot items were limited to waffles unless more than 5 guests booked, and at 8:30 am with over 12 cars parked the only hot breakfast offered was waffles, which was very disappointing; the beds were very tall, and at 5'6" I needed a step to get into bed.
