The rooms are spacious. Customer service was an issue: I paid by credit card before the booking confirmation, then the hotel charged me again in cash at checkout. I’m still waiting for a credit‑card refund. Overall, the hotel staff seemed unsure about the payment system.

The building’s façade is attractive and makes a good first impression, but once inside the air‑conditioning was pretty weak and the breakfast spread was thin. I also didn’t get any of the promised views from the room. Overall, the looks are nice, the comfort falls short.

Most things checked out fine, but the information given beforehand was off – the room leaked sound and there was no minibar at all. Those two issues were a let‑down, even though the rest of the stay was decent. Would have liked a bit more honesty.

The bed was comfy, the room spotless, and the AC worked without a hitch; breakfast was tasty except for the chicken curry, and the pool looked clean with a smart TV for Netflix. Staff were friendly and the spot is right by the shore, yet the pool lacked life jackets, swim rings, and even towels, and the smiles could've been warmer. Still a pleasant stay with a few easy fixes.

Breakfast hit the spot and the hotel’s amenities went beyond what I expected, which was a relief as a visitor from out of town. However, there seemed to be some unnecessary extra charges, and the clerk at checkout was noticeably rude, even though the rest of the staff were helpful. A solid experience marred by a single bad interaction.
