I loved the architecture, the peace of the place, the food, the facilities and the friendliness of everyone, and I appreciated how they showcase Tlaxcalteca culture and cuisine, but my room was situated far from the main hacienda building.

Everything impressed me—from the quality, cleanliness and ambience of the room to the restaurant’s dishes—and the hosts were warm, flawless and exceptionally courteous.

Very pretty, comfortable, and good service. The fridge made a lot of noise and so did the floor, and I would have preferred a room inside the hacienda.
