The 24/7 facilities were convenient, but the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the booking wasn’t provided; they said the kitchen was closed when I asked.

The photos you posted show a filthy room, no public toilet, and the staff told us that we booked the most expensive room but the only one they have is that one, so we’re stuck or we should leave. They also said to work on the hotel’s footwork and make better rooms or shut it down, otherwise it will ruin your website.
