I was disappointed by the indifference of the staff during my visit.

All was great with regards to facilities and the customer service. The only downside was the disrespect of a family with a baby who decided to occupy the only space in the hotel that was unsuitable for a baby. They went into the relaxation room which had sleeping couches and meditative music right next to the sauna and hamam area and decided to give their baby a phone with loud music playing and the baby cried the whole time we were trying to relax. The rules of entry to this area with a baby should be rethought or reinforced by staff members. The hotel had lots of suitable places for a baby, indeed there were many families with babies. The fact that this new family had no care for others and occupied the relaxation space with loud music was the only bad experience we had. After we told member of staff about this issue, they said people also feel ok to take their baby into sauna room even though the age limit is 12. This shows that some of the hotel rules must be reinforced better by staff for the service of all families, and not only ones with small babies
