After my stay, the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room kept texting me and bothering me on my phone; I didn’t realize they had my name and number, which I gave only at the front desk during check‑in. He called himself Anas. What kind of service is this? This is a PDPA violation I need to report.

The stay was amazing—great staff, excellent location, and strong air conditioning. The only downside is the stairs: there are 2–4 flights depending on the floor, but staff will help if needed. The shower didn’t stay hot for very long.
