“Perfecto para luna de miel.”

The hotel is charming. Its facilities are beautiful. There’s a well‑equipped gym and a game room with a pool table and ping‑pong. San Juanillo beach is 15 min by car or 30 min walking along the shore. The food is exceptional and the staff’s service is very good. 100 % recommended. Eating at the restaurant is pricey, but worth it. Prices range from 20 USD to 35 USD for dinners and lunches. There are no nearby restaurants, so you have to drive if you want cheaper options.

“Excepcional aunque extrañamos la gente”

The staff were comfortable and friendly, and the food was spectacular. I would have liked to see fewer people or a low‑season visit, and it would have been nice if there had been yoga events; I didn’t get to enjoy that during my stay.

The secluded black‑sand beach with mango trees is amazing. Just make sure you book a 4WD to reach it.

“Paraiso en el paraiso… Pura vida!”

Everything! It feels like a paradise within a paradise. The staff are attentive, the facilities are wonderful, clean, and well‑maintained. We felt like we were in a GL resort the whole time. Nothing to add.

“Loved our stay - it was what we wanted to begin out time in CR”

The gardens are extensive, the facilities are great, the staff are friendly, and the black beach is a highlight. The only downside is that without a car you have very limited options for where to eat or go.
