The location and generous rooms were positives, but I had a confirmed arrival time that the host forgot about when I arrived; the room wasn’t cleared, was dirty, and smelled, so I had to wait 90 minutes before anything happened, and I wanted a refund. I had a medical appointment and needed quiet, but only got a superficially cleaned room at 5 pm. The host said the next day it would be properly cleaned, but there was no discount, and the breakfast was ridiculously overpriced at 13 €—the rolls were reheated, the bread was stale and hard, and the staff were very unfriendly and overwhelmed.

The spot is killer—great price, prime location. Some folks might point out a few missing carpet strips, but honestly, I was happy with everything.
