The interior and rooms were very comfortable, with spacious beds and bathrooms. Host Carlo was excellent; we could leave our luggage early, and he gave great food recommendations. The location is perfect, in a quiet zone near Via Toledo, Plebiscito, and Lungomare. The only drawback is that many stairs must be climbed; if you’re older or have heavy luggage, the lack of an elevator makes it less suitable.

The location is excellent. The third floor lacks an elevator, and the room feels a bit small.

The location in the city is outstanding, the space is small but clean and tidy, and fresh towels are always available.

The room was clean and in a very good location. The owner was polite and helpful, always ready to be contacted. The room is small and there was a lot of noise from neighbors and other guests checking in. Our flight was delayed and we were told the late‑check‑in fee would double to 40 euros if after 23:59. The coffee facility is not in the room but in the reception area where you enter.
