I stayed on the terrace for almost the whole time; the room was infested with bed bugs. The first day they gave me a clean, nice room, but the next 14 days were chaotic: a dirty, ugly room, a filthy bathroom with animal poop and bed bugs that bit my whole body. The manager was angry because he had to work on the terrace early, yet my room was dirty and had no internet. I asked for a refund to move elsewhere, but he never did, so I slept on the terrace. Breakfast stayed the same for all 15 days, with dirty utensils and leftover butter from other guests. When I left, they kept my food items.
“Pas d'accès pour les petites Taxi .aussi pas de sécurité sur la route qui emmène .pendant la nuit”
There is no car access and the entrance is not secure. The taxi access is problematic.
Nothing. The rooms were dirty, the door had no lock, and it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
Amin was extremely kind, the food was good and the prices were fair. The location in the medina was excellent. Trust Amin to arrange anything you need.
“КЛОПЫ И ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ПОВЕДЕНИЕ ПЕРСОНАЛА!!”
Nothing. Avoid this place!!! The worst stay of my life. During my stay I found bed bugs in the room—adults, nymphs, and apparently eggs. They were on the bed, crawling around the room, even on me, causing intense itching and a skin reaction. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I reported it to the manager, he first claimed they were not bed bugs but mosquitoes, then insisted that bed bugs do not exist in Morocco, and repeatedly blamed me for bringing them from Spain, which seemed to amuse him. He also mentioned that I might be charged for room disinfection, claiming I was at fault. The riad owner and the manager both blamed me. I received no help, apologies, or offer to change rooms. The absurdity was that the room had bugs at all life stages, showing the infestation could not have come from a single guest. I had to spend a lot of money on treating my belongings, washing and drying them at high temperatures, and isolating them for weeks to avoid bringing bed bugs home. Some of my favorite items were ruined during treatment. Also, Wi‑Fi barely worked; simple pages took 5–10 seconds to load. When I complained, the manager again blamed my phone and computer. Problems can happen in any hotel, but denying the obvious, blaming the guest, and trying to shift responsibility instead of solving the issue is simply unacceptable. I recommend no one stay here. Disgusting place!
