The food was restaurant‑level quality, the place was beautiful and not many people were around. The steam bath was filthy, sand had gotten into the jacuzzi and pool, and the hallway and stairs hadn’t been cleaned.

Breakfast was amazing, the location was great, the pool and sauna were better than expected from the photos, and there were many good innovative services, but the pillows were too high.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with a cozy pool zone and perfect massages. I expected a tidier room on day two; my morning coffee cup was still dirty after the cleaning and the bed had been made carelessly.
