The breakfast was pretty basic; we had to wait ages for boiled eggs, and when they finally came they were overcooked. The reception and breakfast area look nice after a renovation, but there’s no music, just complete silence, which really dampened the vibe. The hotel has potential but needs to improve service and create that cozy boutique feel. The rooms are small but tidy, and the beds are comfortable.

Es un lugar bellamente decorado, excelente localización y servicio inmejorable. Los trabajadores muy amables y eficientes. Nos sorprendió gratamente que en ese edificio García Márquez escribió una de sus novelas

The staff and location were great, rooms were comfy, and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was basic; pancakes were cold. The location was good. The single‑bed room’s size was ridiculous for the price— I had to tuck my single bed under the window to open my suitcase, which then took up most of the space. It felt like a student dorm. The shower was tiny, and if you’re on the curvy side you probably won’t survive; even though I’m skinny it felt claustrophobic. Paying almost €350 a night for this size and basic standard feels like a robbery.
