“Very convenient location, very clean, responsive host, but a bit expensive.”

The location was excellent—just a short walk to the station. The room was clean and spacious, but since it was a single room in a shared apartment (another guest occupied the other room, so the bathroom was shared) I felt it was a bit pricey. The owner was very accommodating, letting me leave my bags after checkout and was easy to reach and responsive. Overall, a good experience. The kitchen was large but lacked a microwave, and I couldn’t find the hair dryer; I didn’t want to bother the owner late at night, so that was my fault. It would help if the hair dryer were in a more obvious spot. Some noise seeped in from outside, but it wasn’t too loud or disturbing. The owner’s personal items in the bathroom were neatly arranged and not an issue.

“Zona tranquila, bien”

The location is very good, a quiet area with restaurants and shops, just two minutes from the metro. The bed is very comfortable, and there’s a coffee maker in the room. Massimiliano was very attentive. Getting to the floor is a bit tricky, and once inside the doors and bathroom are quite narrow. The décor isn’t very cozy, and cooking isn’t possible.

“Pleasant Residence”

Everything was neat, clean, and perfect. The room matched the picture exactly, and we felt like we were staying in our own home. All amenities were available. It was a beautiful house, and the metro, tram, and bus were very close, making transport very convenient.

The building was clean, the location great, and the owners friendly. Communication wasn’t always thorough, and the place is a converted apartment, so it feels like staying in someone’s home with other people.
