An individual boutique hotel in a good spot for the Haight Ashbury area, with friendly staff, a well‑equipped and maintained room, and walls covered in art; no other facilities like food, but the neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants.

Great spot and friendly staff, but the single‑bed room was tight and the noisy air conditioner from the restaurant next door stayed up late, which was annoying.

The staff were wonderful, the back garden was lovely (though mostly under construction), and the location gave easy access to GG Park; the room’s heat only eased when the windows were open, which lowered privacy and increased noise, yet overall it was a great stay. No AC, a bit noisy in the back garden early in the morning but not excessively so, no sleeping in, the room was very stripped down—no fridge (I didn’t expect one, just noting it), the queen bed felt more like a full size, and the TV was angled toward the side of the bed, not useful but we didn’t mind watching anyway.

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very nice with plenty of beautiful art on the walls, a charming bit of creaky stairs and uneven floors. The back garden is cozy. The room itself is nice with a great bathroom.
