The housekeeper was rude and unprofessional. On check‑out, I was about 20 minutes late past the 10:00 AM deadline; a cleaner shouted at my door about the late check‑out. I calmly explained I’d be out soon and she said a late check‑out fee of R 150 would apply, which I agreed to pay. At 10:30 AM I left the room to drop my initial bags in my car, planning to return for the rest and settle the fee. While walking to my car, the cleaner shouted publicly, accusing me of trying to avoid paying the R 150 fee. Her conduct was humiliating and unacceptable. Immediately after putting my bags in the car, I went straight to reception to report her behavior, as staff should not harass or degrade guests. I regret booking here and am very disappointed by this disrespectful treatment. I hope you address this with the staff member so other guests aren’t subjected to similar conduct. Sincerely.
