Very pretty hotel, spacious room, and dinner and breakfast are very good and well. The green pool was at the start of the season. It rained heavily and there was water leaking through the window…

The room was freshly renovated and large. The food was very good. The house has a good location in Mhamid. The reception was very cold before the Riad. With the phone on the ear, the staff nodded briefly to us and disappeared. At the reception we met him again. He seemed very absent and overwhelmed. We received our room. There was no storage space (no chair, no table, no shelf) for luggage and no wardrobe. We had to put our stuff on the floor. Only a coat rack was available. The bathroom is very small. There was no hot water and no toiletries. The pool was green and unusable. During dinner the staff seemed in a hurry to finish. We were the only guests that evening and every 2 minutes he came to see if we were finished. One reason we booked this Riad was that previous guests said their motorcycles could be parked inside the Riad. We had to park outside even after repeated requests. Overall we cannot reconcile the good reviews.

The owner and staff really go the extra mile for guests, and the typical riad décor adds a lot of charm. The place is spotless and the air‑conditioning is a relief when it’s 45 °C outside. Unfortunately, Amnir suffered a flooding incident from heavy September 2024 rain, which forced garden and pool repairs. Those works aren’t disruptive, but they do diminish a bit of the overall allure.

The hotel is brand new, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The welcome was excellent, and Amar helped us organize an amazing trip to the Chigaga dunes—thanks, Amar! The dinner was also very good.
