EXCELLENT, Karina is very hospitable and the place is in an excellent location, super close to the entrance to Tepoztlán, clean, heated pool with solar panels, everything is very good.

I had to book a night on the same day I arrived in Tepoztlán, because during carnival season all the accommodations in the area were already booked. However, the receptionist was very kind and did everything she could to check with a group arriving that night to see if anyone from the group wasn’t arriving so she could give me the room. That’s how it happened. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the free Wi‑Fi. It has a pool and a nice BBQ area to socialize. Everything I liked.
