Everything was fine overall. The location was spot‑on, right in the city center, next to the Palapas park and on the main avenue between Tulum and Cancún. The beaches were a bit far, but the bus stops were close by, and parking was free.

The price was reasonable. The elevator didn’t work, and nobody offered to carry our luggage because of that, so we were assigned a room on the second floor. The shower area was uncomfortable, and the hotel seemed more suited for couples than families.
