“Perfect location for exploring beautiful Umbria!”

The space was perfect for us as a couple. We enjoyed using it as a jump off point to visit many of the medieval villages all within a 30 minute commute. The 2 AC units and the covered parking were greatly appreciated in the August heat. The host, Simone was very friendly and met us upon our arrival. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. Would recommend this stay to those interested in exploring the nearby medieval villages of Spello, Trevi, Assisi, Montefalco and Bevanga to name only a few. As well, it is only a 1.5 drive from the Adriatic Sea

The property is brand new, and the owner has thought of everything, even providing a washing machine and pods for guests. It’s close to several points of interest such as Spello, Rasiglia, and Foligno, and we felt right at home in the countryside. I would have liked a few more support plans.

The property has everything you could need, with brand‑new apartments set in the countryside, offering quiet and peace. It’s only a few minutes by car from the town centre, and the owners are welcoming, present yet very discreet—exactly what I was looking for.

“Vacanza memorabile!”

The location is stunning, just a stone’s throw from the urban center and a short drive to the beautiful village of Spello, yet it immerses you fully in green, rural surroundings with a calm, quiet atmosphere. For someone who loves nature, like me, it’s a sublime place. The owners are delightful, friendly, and very helpful with any request. The apartment itself met all my needs: well‑furnished, clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The only downside is the last kilometre of road to the agriturismo is rough, with uneven asphalt, so drive carefully.

The staff were courteous, the apartment was clean, and breakfast was provided. Nothing else to note.
