The location was fine, but the staff’s treatment at checkout was terrible. A very despotic person left us locked out until he personally inspected the room (which is understandable), delayed, and then charged an extra fee for a minor stain that was already on the sheet. We didn’t complain because the car was outside waiting for us to go to the hospital.

The best part was the location, close to Plaza de Armas and the central market of Chiclayo. The room wasn’t cleaned the next day, so they didn’t change the towels or the bathroom supplies.
