The Deluxe Twin Room at Intercity Hotel Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Plaza features exceptional bed comfort, a spacious layout, and city views. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with luxurious toiletries and bathrobes.

“Great hotel and location”
The hotel was really nice, clean, and modern. The location was great, just a 6‑minute walk to the nearest subway station. We liked the self‑service laundry room, which was very clean and had up‑to‑date appliances. The staff were super welcoming and helpful.

The location and service were good. However, someone was smoking in the public washrooms and corridor, creating a really bad smell.

However, its location may be a drawback for some guests, as it's a bit far from the main attractions and shopping areas. The hotel's air conditioning system also requires some getting used to.
