Patrizia is a genuinely great person; nothing to complain about. She is super helpful, but the breakfast selection is a bit limited—just a handful of options. I’d suggest adding more juice varieties, maybe a litre-sized tetrapack instead of the brick, and a few more flavored yogurts or Nutella. The brioche on the last day was fresh and delicious; it would have been nice to have it every morning. Again, this is just a friendly tip because Patrizia is fantastic and never backs down. The rooms were spotless, and she offered useful advice whenever I asked. Everything else went smoothly.
