Cleanliness, good furniture and decor, and coded locks are positives. The room is small with minimal furniture, there’s no parking, and the view is of a sad inner courtyard. I would have liked a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel is set up like an apartment.

Good location and clean. The room is a bit dark with no overhead light, ventilation in the bathroom is poor, and there’s a damp smell after the shower. There’s no kettle or tea, which is common elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, the location is truly convenient—everything you need nearby, from cafés to the sea, the old centre and the train station. The bed is comfortable, it’s quiet at night, and all cafés stop playing music at 11 pm. Self‑check‑in is also very convenient, and when the lights were turned off, the internet, generator, air‑conditioner, and room lights kept working. Please don’t put towels on the shoe/outerwear/luggage shelf by the room entrance; it’s not very hygienic—better keep them on the bed. Everything else was great! Thank you.

The room is small but cozy, which is more than enough for a stay in Odesa in my opinion. The administration is very friendly and attentive, both in correspondence and face‑to‑face. A bonus is the quietness of the room because the windows face an inner courtyard. I also liked that there’s an air‑conditioner, a hair dryer, and excellent sound insulation. The only drawback is the absence of a refrigerator.
