The front‑desk staff were very helpful, accommodating, and polite. We were surprised by the dog‑hair everywhere, even though we thought there was a no‑pet policy—black fur on the bed, pillows, counters, under the glass on the coffee tables, and all over the floor. Sticky residue covered the furniture and floor, and the toilet had urine and other messes around it.

I didn’t stay. I left because the upstairs couple was unbearable; I told security all the details and the threats. They didn’t refund me.

The only issue I had was that I was overcharged with double taxes. I used the app and my room was supposed to be $59.00 plus tax, total $64.00, but I was charged taxes on the $64.00, which already had taxes included. Double‑taxed.
