Rifai was a wonderful host, always kind and willing to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was exceptional and very abundant. Note that the room we booked had two fans but no hot water; after staying 7 nights at the end of August it wasn’t a problem—one fan was enough and hot water wasn’t needed given the outside temperature. The location is excellent, practically on the beach, close to well‑stocked bars. The room was very clean and well equipped. Nothing else.

The host was fantastic, kind and ready to help. The Western breakfast was good. The Sinhala furniture from the era was very pretty. The place was quiet and welcoming, just a short walk from the sea.

Wonderful room, only a few walking seconds from the stand. From our terrace we could see the sea. We liked that despite being a 3‑bedroom, the space felt somewhat separated. Plenty of sockets, many hooks and storage options, a fridge, mosquito nets, spotless rooms and a well‑working air‑conditioner made everything very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure! The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt very, very at home!

Good location by the beach. Nice breeze and balcony outside. Select higher floors for a better breeze. Very close and walkable to everything with lots of food options a quick walk away. Saw cockroaches on the lower floors, but thankfully didn’t see any on the Top floor. WiFi wasn’t very strong in corner rooms
