The location is excellent, almost at the beach. We went to a swimming test in Toque‑Toque and did everything on foot. The host was always cordial, attentive, and connected. The house is new, everything is in order, and it’s very comfortable. The house can accommodate three guests, but we were lucky to have a quiet neighbor. We missed a microwave in the room or common area, and the room curtain already shows signs of needing laundry. My wife felt a little off. These are two easily overlooked points that don’t affect the decision to stay. The lack of a garage wasn’t an issue either, as we found street parking and just had to drive back to São Paulo.

“Amei a estada e pretendo voltar!”

The house sits right on the real beach, which is a huge plus. The setup is solid, featuring a full kitchen, a laundry area, and a great outdoor space for activities. There's also an outdoor kitchen next to the chalet, fully equipped. The pool stands out as a major highlight, and even though we didn't use it, the barbecue looks well-appointed. Cleanliness and organization score a perfect 10. The host was very helpful and kind, quickly addressing our requests and keeping us updated throughout our stay.

The house’s location near the beach is a privilege, and the furniture layout and tasteful décor add a special touch. The facilities are new and everything works flawlessly. For families, having the two beds in the same space isn’t an issue, but for couples I’d suggest renting more than one of the three available chalets to gain extra privacy and convenience, which is quite practical for the space.
