The property is surrounded by greenery, offering complete relaxation and a great panoramic view. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away, along with supermarkets and tobacco shops. We rented an apartment with a double bedroom, double bathroom, and kitchen, and felt right at home. Giovanni is a wonderful owner—friendly and very helpful. The only downside was the mattresses, which were really uncomfortable.

The location and the host's friendliness—Giovanni is number one.

The spot is amazing, with an incredible view that even lets you see the sea between Marinella and Porto Rotondo. Giovanni was an extremely kind host, always ready for anything. The room was super comfy with all the needed amenities. The stars from here feel special. P.S. I'm sure Giovanni will forgive me for parking the car that prevented him from leaving with the scooter :) Nothing negative.

The view is panoramic and totally peaceful, just a 10‑minute drive to the beach, and it’s super quiet. Giovanni, the owner, is a very friendly person who gladly gives tips about the area.
