I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After a long trip, I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm, expecting to check in to the room I had booked for 2 pm. However, upon arrival, I was told that the room was sold out to another guest without any explanation or apology. This was a huge letdown, especially after paying for a taxi to get to the hotel. Needless to say, my experience at this hotel was a waste of time and money.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare due to the deplorable condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, and the walls were covered in stains and mold, giving off a musty smell that was overwhelming. To make matters worse, the room had no ventilation, making it feel damp and humid. The smell was so strong that it woke me up in the morning, and I was left feeling unrefreshed and uncomfortable. Despite the hotel's good location and friendly staff, these issues made my stay truly unpleasant.
