Breakfast was okay, but the phone in the room was broken and ants swarmed the bathroom. When we asked for our room to be cleaned on day 3, they only sprayed for the ants and took the dirty towels; they didn’t leave clean towels, vacuum, make the beds, or take out the trash. Every time I went to the front desk for help there was nobody there; I rang the bell and waited 15‑20 minutes for someone to show up. I couldn’t call the front desk because the room phone was broken. I reported the broken phone on the first night and they said it would be fixed the next day, but it never was. The security was sketchy too—every night the side door was propped open with a rock and strangers would enter and roam the halls. We will never stay there again!

I liked the location being close to shopping and dining, but there was black mold on the walls in the bathroom, no outlets for phone chargers, the hallways smelled awful, like dirty feet, and trash behind tables was found when trying to find an outlet.

It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, but management was terrible. They would not refund me for leaving early and acted like it was my fault that I had to leave early. I got the room for a business trip.

I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN STAY HERE, TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION AND HAD TO LEAVE!!!! EVEN AFTER SHOWING MY RESERVATION.I was told they did not have my reservation and to check with , but they had no room for me!! After discussing and disputing with the man at the desk, I had to go elsewhere, and by this time it is the middle of the night and I am a female senior citizen and trying to find something close to the hospital, as my husband was taken by ambulance to have surgery to have stents put in around his heart. UMBER
