I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, who even upgraded my room. Waking up to a stunning view of the bay was a real treat, and I enjoyed the spacious room and extensive breakfast buffet. Overall, my stay was very positive.

I recently stayed at this hotel to participate in the Halong Bay half-marathon, and I was pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was ideal, and the view from my room was amazing. The staff were also extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. However, I did find the menu options to be somewhat limited, both in the restaurant and room service.
