The place was clean, well organized, and spacious, but there was no microwave in the accommodation—only a shared one in the common dining area.

The staff were friendly, the modern en suite bathroom was clean, the mattress was firm and supportive, and the room was tidy; it was very close to the caves and shops, making it ideal for an overnight stop in this quiet, peaceful village of Eastern Gippsland. The outdoor cooking area was a bonus, as were the ripe fruits on the citrus trees, but there was no bowl for making a milk‑and‑cereal breakfast.
