Set between the old town and An Bàng beach, it’s about 3 km from the historic centre, which isn’t ideal, but the river view is refreshing, the first‑floor café is handy, and the rates are reasonable. The family room was large and comfortable.

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the 'Dirty Lips' café served great coffee, and breakfast was solid with a fresh egg and noodle station.

The hotel’s architecture is attractive with a hint of Hội An style; I booked a cheap rate and got a very good room – bright, well‑air‑conditioned (the coolest I’ve encountered, providing a gentle chill rather than a strong draft) and always kept cool. The ground‑floor coffee shop serves decent food, the reception staff were pleasant, and overall the place truly lives up to its reputation.
