I loved everything about this hotel! The welcome, the staff’s friendliness and availability, the décor, the cleanliness, the pool, the restaurant, and the breakfast were all fantastic. The room itself was beautiful and very pleasant with a private pool; everything was perfect – a truly enchanted break. Nothing to complain about.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, the apartment provided by you (booking) was not what we had requested. We had asked for a large upgrade when booking and had to ask the hotel for a second upgrade because the one you gave us didn’t match what we wanted at the time we booked the stay.
